One effective way of reducing green house gas is by replacing petrol and diesel driven vehicle to a solar or battery powered which has zero or minimum emission. Not only U.S, every country is responsible to produce a pollution free air.

How could she use waste vegetable oil in her car? Did it need any change in the mechanism to use the new fuel? How much cost saving does it make? Has it got any limitation?

This is very interesting particuarly because Russia as well as other country's have a right to create their own nuclear plant. I feel that this is great to know but i do not think anyone will be throwing nuclear bombs any time soon. Also, I think that it will produce many jobs for struggling workers. Many people could see this as a bad thing, a huge country creating a nuclear plant, however this is good for the economy.
Furthermore, our economy needs as much help as posable.

It's not strange that this is happening. If you have in mind recent Russian-Ukraine issues, moves that the Swedish governmant making is logical. But then again, who will now have any right to say something against Iran's nuclear 'program'? Yes, "in Iran they are making nuclear bombs, that's the real threat, but 'poor' Sweden only doing this to make her citizens feel worm at home in winter days".
